- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, peas, mushrooms (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Spread the chicken Alfredo mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the mixture.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the tater tots are crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
