- 60g unsalted butter
- 170g brown sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp water
Instructions
- Mix milk, egg, vanilla, and butter. Combine dry ingredients and merge with wet to form dough. Let rise until doubled.
- For the filling, cook apples with butter, sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch, and water until thickened. Cool to room temperature.
- Roll out dough, spread filling, roll tightly, cut into pieces, and place in a baking dish.
- Bake until golden brown.
