- 2 pounds baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley

- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
- In a large bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil until evenly coated.
- In a separate bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese mixture over the potatoes and toss until the potatoes are coated in the seasoning.
- Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, cut side down.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley, if desired, before serving.
