Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Cooking spray, for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Cook Pasta:
    • Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.
    • Drain and set aside.
  3. Mix Ingredients:
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cooked chicken, and Alfredo sauce.
    • Season with salt and black pepper to taste, and mix until well combined.
  4. Prepare for Baking:
    • Spread the chicken Alfredo mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
    • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top of the pasta mixture.
  5. Bake:
    • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
