Description
These Hello Dolly Cookie Bars are super easy to make and incredibly delicious. With layers of graham crackers, coconut, pecans, butterscotch, and chocolate chips, your tastebuds are in for a treat.

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut flakes
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter and graham cracker crumbs until well combined. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Layer the semisweet chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, shredded coconut flakes, and chopped pecans evenly over the graham cracker crust.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top of the layers.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Unsweetened coconut is recommended to avoid excessive sweetness.
- Both chocolate and butterscotch chips enhance the flavor.
