For the Cupcakes:
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

- 4 chocolate bars, broken into small pieces
- 4 large marshmallows, halved
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a muffin tin with 6 cupcake liners.
- Make the Cupcake Batter:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the graham cracker crumbs, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate large bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the buttermilk, and mixing until just combined.
- Bake the Cupcakes:
- Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean.
- Remove the cupcakes from the oven and let them cool completely on a wire rack.
- Make the Marshmallow Frosting:
- In a large bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
- Add the marshmallow fluff, vanilla extract, and salt, and beat until well combined.
- Assemble the Cupcakes:
- Once the cupcakes are completely cool, frost each cupcake with the marshmallow frosting.
- Top each cupcake with graham cracker pieces, chocolate pieces, and a halved marshmallow.
- If desired, use a kitchen torch to toast the marshmallow topping until golden brown.
