- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream

- 20 oz can pineapple chunks, drained
- 15 oz can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 cup diced kiwi
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar and mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
- Add the drained pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges, sliced strawberries, diced kiwi, and sliced bananas to the bowl. Gently fold the fruit into the cheesecake mixture.
- Stir in the sweetened shredded coconut and chopped pecans (if using).
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
