  • 1 loaf ciabatta bread, cut in half lengthwise
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons pesto
  • 68 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers
  • 1 pound broccoli rabe, chopped and sautéed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
