- 1 pound broccoli rabe, chopped and sautéed
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare Parmesan Crusted Chicken Cutlets according to the recipe.
- Mix mayonnaise and pesto in a small bowl to make pesto mayonnaise.
- Spread pesto mayonnaise on both cut sides of the ciabatta loaf.
