- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 package (8 oz.) sliced mushrooms
- 1 package Knorr® French Onion recipe mix
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 4 cups baby spinach leaves
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken until thoroughly cooked, about 8 minutes; remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook mushrooms until golden, about 5 minutes.
- Add Knorr® French Onion recipe mix and water; bring to a boil. Stir in spinach until wilted and sauce is thickened, about 3 minutes.
- Return chicken to skillet, simmer until heated through.
Notes
- Substitute spinach with other greens if desired.
- For a creamier sauce, add a splash of cream or milk before adding the chicken back to the skillet.
