  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 package (8 oz.) sliced mushrooms
  • 1 package Knorr® French Onion recipe mix
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 4 cups baby spinach leaves

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken until thoroughly cooked, about 8 minutes; remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, cook mushrooms until golden, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add Knorr® French Onion recipe mix and water; bring to a boil. Stir in spinach until wilted and sauce is thickened, about 3 minutes.
  4. Return chicken to skillet, simmer until heated through.

Notes

  • Substitute spinach with other greens if desired.
  • For a creamier sauce, add a splash of cream or milk before adding the chicken back to the skillet.
