- 1 can (12 oz) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed orange juice concentrate and granulated sugar. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Add the whole milk, heavy whipping cream, and vanilla extract to the orange juice mixture. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
- Transfer the sherbet to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
- Scoop and serve the sherbet in bowls or cones. Enjoy!

- For a creamier texture, add a cup of heavy cream.
