  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
  • Prepare Crust: In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
  • Form Crust: Press about 1 tablespoon of the crumb mixture into the bottom of each mini muffin cup. Bake for 5 minutes, then remove from the oven and set aside.
  • Prepare Filling: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and 1 cup granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
