A fun and tasty twist on traditional tacos, these savory taco cupcakes are perfect for parties and quick dinners.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 12 wonton wrappers
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the taco seasoning and water to the beef. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Place a wonton wrapper into each muffin cup, pressing it down to form a cup shape.
- Spoon a tablespoon of the taco beef mixture into each wonton cup. Top with a teaspoon of salsa and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese.
- Add a second wonton wrapper over the top and press it down gently. Add another layer of taco beef, salsa, and cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the wonton wrappers are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Top each taco cupcake with a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkle of green onions before serving.

- ou can use ground turkey or chicken as a healthier alternative. Customize with your favorite taco toppings.
