  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (basil or rosemary)
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Marinate the steak with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Set aside for 30 minutes.
  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook the steak until desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add mushrooms and cook until soft. Add heavy cream and Parmesan. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to combine. Serve topped with steak slices and fresh herbs.
