- 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 pound pound cake, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
- Bamboo skewers
Instructions
- Thread the halved strawberries and pound cake cubes onto bamboo skewers, alternating between the two.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
- In another microwave-safe bowl, combine the milk chocolate chips and the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Drizzle the melted white chocolate over half of the kabobs and the melted milk chocolate over the other half.
- Place the kabobs on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
