Ingredients
  

  • 8 mozzarella cheese sticks
  • 8 slices thin slices of ham
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or olive oil spray

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Wrap each mozzarella stick tightly with one slice of ham and set aside.
  • In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  • In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Dip each ham-wrapped mozzarella stick into the egg mixture, then roll in the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
  • Arrange coated sticks on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
  • Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray or olive oil spray.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Let cool for 2–3 minutes before serving to allow the cheese to set slightly.
