- 8 mozzarella cheese sticks
- 8 slices thin slices of ham
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or olive oil spray
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Wrap each mozzarella stick tightly with one slice of ham and set aside.
In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Dip each ham-wrapped mozzarella stick into the egg mixture, then roll in the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
Arrange coated sticks on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray or olive oil spray.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Let cool for 2–3 minutes before serving to allow the cheese to set slightly.
