Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning Adjust for spice preference
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 sandwich buns sandwich buns buttered and toasted
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Brown ground chicken in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease.
  • Add Cajun seasoning, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and chicken broth. Simmer for 10-12 minutes until thickened.
  • Butter and toast sandwich buns until golden.
  • Stir shredded cheddar into chicken mixture until melted.
  • Spoon the chicken mixture onto toasted buns. Serve hot.
