Chicken and Cheese Filling
- 2 large chicken breasts, cut into large cubes
- 6 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Breading
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 ½ cups seasoned breadcrumbs
- Cooking spray or oil for baking
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
Take a spoonful of the cheese mixture and wrap it around a chicken cube, sealing it completely.
Roll each stuffed chicken piece in flour, then dip into beaten eggs, and coat evenly with breadcrumbs.
Place coated chicken bombs on the prepared baking sheet and lightly spray with cooking oil.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway, until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving to allow the cheese to set slightly.
