Ingredients
  

For the Base

  • 300 g Sweet oat biscuits
  • 25 g Dr. Oetker Fine Dark Cocoa Powder
  • 125 g Unsalted butter (melted)

For the Cheesecake

  • 200 g Dr. Oetker 35% Milk Chocolate
  • 500 g Full Fat Cream Cheese
  • 25 g Dr. Oetker Fine Dark Cocoa Powder
  • 5 ml Dr. Oetker Valencian Orange Extract (1 tsp)
  • 5 g Orange Zest (zest of 1 orange)
  • 300 ml Double Cream

To Decorate

  • 154 g Chocolate Orange
  • 5 g Orange Zest (zest of 1 orange)

Instructions
 

For the Base

  • Lightly grease an 8” round deep spring-form cake tin. Place the biscuits into a sturdy food bag and bash with a rolling pin until you have fine crumbs. Alternatively, use a food processor. Stir in the Cocoa Powder and add melted butter, mixing until biscuits are coated.
