Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup cottage cheese preferably dry or well-drained
  • 1 tablespoon Everything But the Bagel seasoning or your favorite seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven: Heat to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Shape chips: Drop tablespoon-sized dollops of cottage cheese onto the lined sheet, spacing them at least an inch apart.
  • Flatten: Gently flatten each mound with the back of a spoon into a thin round.
  • Season: Sprinkle each with the Everything But the Bagel seasoning (or other seasoning).
  • Bake: Bake for about 45 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy.
  • Cool: Let the chips cool completely on the baking sheet — this final cool-down helps them crisp up even more.

Notes

If your cottage cheese is wet, drain excess liquid through a fine mesh strainer or pat it dry with paper towels — this helps the chips get crispier.
