Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper in a large mixing bowl and beat with a hand mixer until smooth.
Add cooked crab meat, spinach, green onion, and ¾ cup of cheddar cheese, and mix until well combined.
Spray a 1-quart baking dish with cooking spray and transfer the crab dip to the dish, topping with remaining cheddar cheese.
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until heated through and cheese melted. Garnish with green onion if desired.
Notes
If you don't have a baking dish, a similarly sized oven-safe skillet or pie plate can be used.
