Instructions
Cook ramen noodles in boiling water. Drain and set aside.
In a pot, combine ¾ cup water and ½ cup soy milk. Bring to a simmer and stir in gochujang, flavor packet, and oil.
Add oil to a pan on medium-high heat and saute mushrooms until tender.
Pour broth over noodles in a bowl. Garnish with green onion, mushrooms, egg, furikake, and red pepper flakes.
