Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack Mike's Mighty Good Savory Miso Ramen Pillow Pack
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened soy milk
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang
  • 1 ea soft boiled egg
  • green onion, chopped
  • sliced cremini mushrooms
  • furikake
  • red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • Cook ramen noodles in boiling water. Drain and set aside.
  • In a pot, combine ¾ cup water and ½ cup soy milk. Bring to a simmer and stir in gochujang, flavor packet, and oil.
  • Add oil to a pan on medium-high heat and saute mushrooms until tender.
  • Pour broth over noodles in a bowl. Garnish with green onion, mushrooms, egg, furikake, and red pepper flakes.
