Ingredients
  

  • 2 steaks strip, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 Teaspoons steak seasoning
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 yellow onion sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper sliced
  • 2 zucchini chopped
  • 10 Ounces grape tomatoes halved
  • 18 Ounces cheese tortellini fresh
  • ¼ Cup chicken broth
  • 3 Tablespoons parmesan cheese shredded plus more for garnish
  • ¼ Cup Buffalo Wild Wings parmesan garlic sauce
  • parsley fresh chopped for optional garnish

Instructions
 

  • Season steak bites with seasoning and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add steak and cook for 2 minutes before stirring. Continue cooking for another 2 minutes until they’re golden brown.
  • Add onions, bell peppers, and tomatoes to the pan. Stir, and cook for 5 minutes, or until the vegetables have softened.
  • Add tortellini and chicken broth to the skillet. Cover and let cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until tortellini is tender.
  • Stir in parmesan cheese and parmesan garlic sauce until combined.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and more parmesan cheese if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

Don’t overcrowd the pot: Cook steak bites and vegetables in batches if necessary to ensure they sear properly and don’t steam. Use fresh tortellini: Choose fresh cheese tortellini for the best texture and taste. If using frozen tortellini, adjust the cooking time according to the package instructions. Deglaze the pan: After cooking the steak and vegetables, deglaze the pan with a splash of chicken broth before adding the tortellini. This helps incorporate any browned bits into the sauce for added flavor. Adjust seasonings: Taste and adjust seasonings as you cook.
