Herbs and Vegetables
- ¼ cup chives
- ¼ cup dill
- ¼ cup cilantro
- 1 cup basil
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ unit shallot
Dressing
- ⅓ cup high quality extra virgin olive oil
- Juice from 1 lemon
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
Tuna
- 3 cans canned tuna Standard size, 5oz (preferably Wild Planet Foods Albacore or Skipjack)
Preparation
In a blender, add in all the ingredients with the exception of the tuna and blend for 30 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
In a bowl, add in the drained tuna and use two forks to break it up into small pieces.
Pour about ¼ cup or more of the green goddess dressing over the tuna and mix well.
Taste and season with salt and pepper if needed and enjoy with chips, in a lettuce wrap or in a sandwich.
