Ingredients
  

Wraps

  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Filling

  • 16 ounces ground beef 1 lb
  • ½ medium onion thinly sliced
  • 1 whole bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Make the Filling: In a skillet over medium-high heat, sauté the ground beef, sliced onion, and bell pepper until browned. Drain excess grease.
  • Add Flavor & Creaminess: Stir in Worcestershire sauce, cream cheese, salt, and pepper. Cook until cream cheese melts.
  • Bake Cheese Wraps: Arrange shredded Monterey Jack cheese into 8 circles on the baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges brown.
  • Form Roll Ups: Let cheese circles cool slightly, place filling in the center, and roll cheese around it. Allow to cool completely.
