Ingredients
  

Zucchini Chips

  • 2 large zucchini thinly sliced into rounds
  • 8 oz garlic butter melted, optional but traditional
  • 1.5 cups shredded Parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400 °F (205 °C).
  • Thinly slice the zucchini using a mandolin or sharp knife so the rounds are even.
  • Arrange the slices in one layer on a baking sheet.
  • Brush each slice with garlic butter if using, then generously sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top of each round.
  • Bake in the oven for 20–25 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crisp.
  • Remove from the oven and season with salt and pepper to taste. Let cool completely — the chips will crisp more as they cool.
  • Serve as a crunchy snack or side dish.

Notes

These chips are best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container for a few days.
