Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Sticky rice bio
  • 280 ml Coconut milk bio, from the jungle
  • 80 g Sugar
  • Ripe mangoes

Instructions
 

  • The day before: rinse the rice and soak it in warm water for at least 3 hours.
  • Drain the rice and steam for 30 minutes covered.
  • Meanwhile, gently heat the coconut milk and sugar without boiling, stirring until the sugar melts.
  • When the sugar is dissolved, mix in the rice into the warm sauce. Stir well and let it absorb for 10 minutes. Gently stir again, then let it rest for another 10 minutes, until sticky.
  • Serve warm accompanied by slices of juicy mango.
