Ingredients
  

Filling

  • 1 package strawberry Jello gelatin 6 oz
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 package cream cheese 8 oz, softened
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 container whipped topping 8 oz, divided
  • 1 package frozen sliced strawberries 10 oz, thawed and drained
  • to taste fresh strawberries for garnish

Crust

  • 1 9-inch graham cracker pie crust

Preparation

  • Dissolve the strawberry Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved.
  • Allow the Jello mixture to cool for about 10 minutes.
  • Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Gradually beat in the cold milk until creamy and combined.
  • Stir in half of the whipped topping.
  • Add the cooled Jello mixture and mix until well blended.
  • Gently fold in the drained sliced strawberries.
  • Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  • Before serving, spread the remaining whipped topping over the pie and garnish with fresh strawberries, if desired.
