- 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce

- ¼ small red onion finely chopped

Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer or whisk until smooth. Mix in the sour cream, pickled jalapenos, taco seasoning, lime zest, and lime juice.
In a 2-quart dish or a serving platter, spread cream cheese mixture, smoothing it into an even layer. Top with the lettuce, cheese, tomato, olives, red onion, and pickled jalapeños, if desired.
Serve with hot sauce and tortilla chips.
