Turkey Stuffing Balls Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups shredded Turkey
  • 3 cups Mashed Potatoes
  • 3 cups Turkey Stuffing
  • Gravy to spoon over the Turkey Balls
  • Panko Breading (the Panko makes it easier to fry without the Turkey Balls falling apart)
  • Salt as desired
  • Pepper as desired

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F and spray a baking tray with nonstick spray.
  • Warm the stuffing and potatoes just a little to make them easier to handle and roll into the balls.
  • In a large bowl combine the stuffing, the potatoes and the turkey and add salt and pepper if wanted.
  • Form into balls, pressing tightly together as you form it.
  • Place the balls on the prepared baking tray and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and place 2 or 3 on each plate.
  • Spoon hot gravy over the tops of the Turkey Stuffing Balls.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes
